Absolutely wonderful place to do your laundry! Very clean, neat and great atmosphere. Ms. Rhonda is very helpful and will do all she can to make your experience a nice one. Come on out and see for yourself. A variety of great old school and new school music is played! You won't be disappointed!!! It's fabulous! Lightning Laundry is the new thing in laundry! Ms. Rhonda and the laundry are the "bomb dot" com.

I’m very impressed with Lightning Laundry. The facility is clean, the machines run smoothly, the system is easy to use, and the management and employees are helpful. Rhonda’s customer service was above and beyond expectations. The bright lights make it welcoming as well. They have convenient hours for their customers.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Rhonda, the laundromat attendant on duty. Her customer service was truly top-tier. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and ready to help without me even having to ask. She explained everything clearly, showed real patience, and made sure I was comfortable using the machines. What stood out the most was how she went above and beyond — checking on customers, keeping the place clean, and handling everything with a positive attitude. You can tell Rhonda takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about people. It’s rare to find service like this anymore. I’ll definitely be returning because of the great experience she provided. Highly recommended!

The staff here is fantastic — especially Kristin! She is hard working and makes sure doing laundry here is the best experience possible. It’s always clean, the washers and driers are powerful and effective (no soggy clothes). Feels safe too. I highly recommend! You might make a friend!

Lightning Laundry is one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve been to! The machines are in excellent working condition — you don’t see “out of order” signs everywhere like at other places. Rhonda really stays on top of things and keeps everything running smoothly. She’s always helpful and has such a positive attitude. If you need drop-off service, ask for Irene — she goes above and beyond and is very helpful in working with your schedule to make things convenient. Both Rhonda and Irene truly care about their customers and do everything they can to meet your needs. Highly recommend!

Kristin was awesome! She is super friendly and explained the whole process. This is the best laundromat I've ever been to. It was busy on a Saturday (to be expected) but there were enough machines that we didnt have to wait. Free internet was fast (500mbps down and 250 up) The whole place was clean and sanitary. I liked that they had different machines that would wash from small loads all the way up to machines that could wash 100lb loads. We will definitely return!

Ms. Ronda greeted me as soon as I walked in and kindly showed me how to operate the washing machines and handle payments, which was very helpful. This was my first time using a laundromat, and I’m happy to say my first impression of this establishment was excellent. The place smells clean, is well-kept, and the bathrooms were spotless. I definitely felt safe and welcomed here and will be returning in the future.

Very clean rhe washers and dryers get cleaned after every use and the attendant is so polite and helpful. They even have a well stocked machine with all kinds of soap and fabric softener liquid and powder and their good size bags and bottles not just the one wash packs. Sodas and snacks well stocked.MRS.RONDA IS SWEET AND HELPFUL. MAKE YOU FELL WELCOMED AND LIKE FAMILY. And they even have a kids corner.and also offer fluff and folding for the busy the customers.

Love love love this place. First time customer, the washers are all different sizes and the biggest holds 100lbs of clothes. You can do ALL your laundry in one trip in under an hour. Kristen, the attendant, was SO helpful. She gave me a tour, helped me get a laundry card, and was very friendly. While waiting, I saw her cleaning EVERY machine, so you know the machines are clean when you put your clothes in. Unlike at most laundry mats, you never see someone cleaning. Kristen definitely made this entire experience much more comfortable, and I will be coming here from now on for all my laundry needs.
